General Guidelines and Deadline Dates
Applications are due by April 30, 2014. For submissions sent by mail, the postmark on the envelope must be April 30, or earlier. Applications not meeting these criteria will not be considered.
Recommendations for the Chichester and QCWA scholarships must be received, or postmarked, no later than May 15, 2014.
How to complete the application form
Please type your entries into the blocks on the electronic form. This is the preferred method of submission, although hand written forms will be accepted.
You may add pages, as necessary, to complete your answers to any of the questions. Here again, electronic submissions, i.e. .doc, .docx, or .pdf files, are preferred to hand written entries.
Entries on added pages must reference the number of the specific questions to which they apply. Feel free to add additional letters of recommendation and/or endorsements. If possible, these should be scanned into .pdf files. Transcripts are not required, but may be submitted. Both unofficial and official transcripts will be considered. Here again, it is preferred that these documents be scanned into .pdf files.
